I have absolutely loved living here! The management is excellent, the owner takes a close interest in the property and the neighborhood is so so magical! 2 min walk from a farmers market and all the little local shops and restaurants the heart can desire. Only reason I'm moving out is because I'm moving to Portland. If you're looking for a walkable spot in Colombia City *definitely* give this place a look!

I lived here a year before buying a property. The Monarch is in a great location! The apartment finishes are above the builder grade found in most apartments. I personally spoke with the owner on multiple occasions. He is on site frequently and clearly cares about the building. Maintenance responded quickly with all my requests. The current building manager also has gone above and beyond expectations responding to emails outside normal business hours and facilitating a smooth move.

Eric and Kevin are great people to work with when we were looking for an apartment. They were hands-on and really cared for the people who are interested in moving or looking at Monarch to call their home. Once my husband and I settled in, their care still continues and they never fail to address any concerns and they welcome any options and/or suggestions.

I just moved in. Eric and Kevin have both been outstanding during the entire process. They answered my questions or made sure to get back to me. Apartments look great and conveniently located. Excited to be here and call this home!
